We understand that sometimes things need to be returned.  You can return our Krakx breast separator as along as it is in original condition.

We offer returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for purchases in USA only. 

There is a $3 Shipping + Handling deduction for any returns to cover a portion of the return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are unable to offer returns for other countries at this time.

To start a refunds or returns, go to Returns at the bottom of the page. You'll can start the return process and print a free shipping label to send back Krakx in its original condition.

We use the US Post Office (USPO) service for all shipping, so please drop off your item at your nearest post office or shipping center that accepts USPO services.

We cannot process a return unless you use the shipping label we provide in the returns process, as this allows us to track who the return is from. 

When we receive the return, we'll process it within 7-10 days and issue you a refund in the same form of payment you used to purchase it, or a response on why it is not excepted.
